OCEAN FREIGHT
Ocean freight is an efficient and economical transportation method, offering a variety of options for specific shipping needs. Over our many years of service, we have built strong relationships with all major international ocean carriers, enabling our clients and customers to benefit from the array of multi-mode ocean options available. Whether you’re shipping less than container load (LCL) or full container load (FCL), we offer options that include varied departures and arrivals to fit your unique needs – including specialty vessel options.

GROUND FREIGHT INLAND
Trucking is a method of transportation that offers cost-effective options and flexible transit times to meet the individual needs of our clients and customers. We can also employ a combination of truck and rail delivery when desired or needed by our clients.

CARGO INSURANCE
While a bill of lading might sound like it will protect your precious cargo as it ships from Miami, this is not entirely true. All-risk cargo insurance is what will truly protect your international shipment. When it comes to all-risk cargo insurance, it’s important to keep the following information in mind:
- The insurance value for used general merchandise and personal effects should be the actual cash value of the goods, not their replacement value
- Personal effects can only be insured for “all risk” if they are professionally packed
- An itemized inventory list (including value of each item) is required for insuring personal effects
CUSTOMS BROKERAGE
We are able to provide full-service customs brokerage, in order to successfully handle all the details of your import shipments. We have access to the U.S. Customs computer network through ABI (Automated Brokerage Interface). This network transmits entry information for your goods to Customs, prior to their arrival.
We provide all our clients with valuable expertise, as well as a sound understanding of U.S. Customs practices and procedures. We are also experienced with the import requirements of other government agencies, ensuring that we always clear your goods quickly and efficiently.
We specialize in facilitating all of the formalities and details associated with exporting and importing all commodity types, legally and expeditiously. Your shipments can be cleared quickly and accurately through our automated electronic interfaces. Moreover, to ensure on-time arrival at the specified destination, shipments can be pre-cleared through Customs prior to their arrival.
VEHICLE SHIPMENTS
In order to avoid the risk of damages during transportation, we never load more than two vehicles in a single container. Prior to shipping, all vehicles will be carefully and securely blocked, braced and tied down with straps, in order to avoid movement during transportation. Most of our customers prefer this option when shipping classic, antique or high-value cars or other vehicles. Vehicles delivered to our warehouse for shipment cannot contain more than 1/8 of a tank of gas.
In order to export “self-propelled vehicles” such as automobiles, the following documents are required:
- Original title or original notarized bill of sale (if no title is provided by the State)
- Original signed and notarized export power of attorney (only for shipments from Miami and Port Everglades, FL)
Affected Vehicles Include
- Automobiles, trucks, farm tractors, fire trucks, buses, motorcycles, scooters, ATV s, dirt bikes (bill of sale is required, as generally no titles are provided by the states)e
- Heavy equipment including Caterpillars, crawlers, excavators, maintainers, graders, front-end loaders, backhoe loaders, skid-steer loaders, bulldozers, mules and Bobcats
- Light or miniature construction equipment (may be called compact loaders)
- Forklifts and other warehouse cargo-moving equipment
- Tugs used to pull or push aircraft
- Motorhomes
- Ski-mobiles
- Large mowers and similar cutting equipment used for commercial purposes
